GRAEWE takes on new tasks in the domain of extrusion downstream equipment,
namely the average-sized and large profiles / Thomas Neuhardt responsible for the new field of activities / GRAEWE was able to win FORSCH Elektro Service as a partner

In August 2013, the Neuenburg business company GRAEWE GmbH, leading manufacturer of extrusion downstream equipment for thermoplastic pipes, profiles and sheets, launched into operations with a new team of experts. Their aim is to comprehensively expand sales and service activities in new profile extrusion downstream business.
Two leading personalities were recruited for this specialist segment. Thomas Neuhardt, with GRAEWE since August, as well as Karl-Heinz Forsch from Forsch Elektro Service.
Mr. Neuhardt will concentrate on construction and development. The Forsch Elektro Service team, having acquired know-how from Baston, supplier of spare parts and service for Baston/Vobau systems, has gained expert knowledge in constructive and electrotechnical extrusion.
Market leader GRAEWE can now manufacture and further develop systems of the firm BASTON, which became bankrupt in 2011. Thus, service and supply can now be continued for existing customers of this company!
Initial reactions show that GRAEWE’s concept works: several large orders in the shortest possible time prove that the combination of GRAEWE’s expertise and two experienced, specialized profile extrusion experts is much in demand in the market.
Technology CEO Michael Graewe considers the portfolio extension to be an important strategic decision that ensures even more the future strength of the Neuenburg machine manufacturer.
Stefan Graewe puts it in concrete terms: "We are already seeing that this additional closeness to the customer and better service fills a gap and can become an additional sales guarantee," commented the managing director responsible for the overall sales.
In the meantime, the new team of experts is already on its way to customers and prospective clients to introduce itself and the extended range of services, personally.
