Also the IP address of the inquiring computer is recorded.

When ordering online via our website, or contacting us online, we acquire certain personally identifiable data from you, which are submitted to us when you send off your order together with the other data of your order. This data entered by you is encoded in SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol for encrypting information over the Internet, and sent to us as encrypted data, so that spying-out of data by third parties is prevented.

Any personal information provided by you will only be used by GRAEWE to perform
booking services or online order transactions selected by you, to handle contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.

GRAEWE will only impart or forward your personally identifiable data to a third party if this is necessary for processing of contracts – especially to convey order data to suppliers – if this is necessary for the accounting of supplies, if we are legally required to do so, or with your prior consent. We make use of all technical and organisational possibilities at our disposal and endeavour to store your personal data in such a way that they remain inaccessible to third parties. However, for communication by email, we cannot guarantee complete privacy protection, so that we recommend sending confidential information by post.
